THE DULUTH MODEL DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OFFENDER PROGRAM is often required if you have been charged or convicted of a felony domestic violence/abuse offense.
The program consists of sessions that must address approximately 26 topics specific to the cycles of domestic violence. The court or other referring agency will tell you whether you need to complete the entire 26 session DULUTH MODEL program or if CDS can complete an assessment to determine the number of sessions recommended.
ANGER MANAGEMENT and DOMESTIC VIOLENCE are totally different programs so you need to make sure which program you must attend - check with your probation officer, referring court judge or your attorney.
